Uploaded manuscripts

DOCX files are used only for conversion and are deleted from the server as soon as processing ends, whether it succeeds or fails.

Conversion results

On the free plan the result ZIP is deleted right after download (or after 1 hour if not downloaded), together with its title and file name; only the conversion date remains to count the quota. On paid plans the ZIP is kept for a few days so you can download it again, then deleted automatically. You can delete it earlier from the result page.

Metadata and article links

The article page you link to is read once to fill in the form. Metadata is used only to build the XML and is not shared with anyone.

Account data

We store your name, email, institution, journal, conversion history (title and date) and plan orders. Passwords are stored hashed.

Cookies

We only use a session cookie for login and a language-preference cookie. No third-party trackers.
